This innovative burner with a rotating combustion chamber revolutionised the biomass market. Thanks to patented technologies, it solves key problems faced when operating pellet-powered heating devices and is almost maintenance-free, extremely economic and ecological. Our ROTARY burner is the first burner of this type on the market. This technology is protected by a patent of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. Currently, our range includes burner models from 3 to 300kW power.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROTARY BURNER

ROTARY BURNER PLUS

Rotary burner designed to work with an exhaust fan. It guarantees increased efficiency and easier burner adjustment as well as safe operation of the device. In addition, it is characterized by maintaining constant parameters of the amount of fuel dispensed, reduction of the lambda coefficient thanks the use of a photo detector light channel and the use of an exhaust gas recirculation system.

THE ROTARY PLUS pellet burners is available in the powers of 10 kW, 16kW, 20kW, 26kW and 36kW.
Dimensions and technical specifications are the same as the standard ROTARY burner.

HOW DOES THE ROTARY BURNER WORK?

The combustion chamber rotates and cleans ashes and slags, thanks to which the burner works efficiently all the time, without power drops and it never clogs up. The burner also uses a system of air division into primary and afterburning, which guarantees effective pellet combustion even if its quality is outside the DIN classification. The proprietary bearing solution and the carefully constructed combustion chamber make the device durable and reliable.
