Clean air program aims to improve energy efficiency and reduce dust emissions into the atmosphere. It is an extensive plan that is to significantly contribute to the fight against smog. It covers existing and newly built single-family residential buildings. The budget is PLN 103 billion, of which subsidies constitute PLN 63.3 billion, and PLN 37.7 billion will be available in the form of loans. This project covers the financing of expenses related to the replacement of coal-fired heat sources with, among others, biomass boilers. The scope of works may also include thermal modernization. Applications may be submitted from 19/09/2018 to 30/06/2027 to the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management with territorial jurisdiction for the location of the real estate covered by the application for co-financing. They are economical and ecological - pellets guarantee no emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
